HOW DO I GET MY EBOOKS?

BookFunnel, a trusted eBook and audiobook distribution partner, will safely deliver your eBook purchases and assist with any technical issues you may encounter.

Upon purchase, you will immediately receive an email at the email address you used for your purchase providing a download link to your eBook from BookFunnel. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

Each eBook you purchased will have a separate link in the email. Click your book link, then, on the BookFunnel page, you can simply click the command to start reading using your browser or click the Get My eBook button and follow the instructions to download the eBook to your Kindle, iPhone, Android, Nook or Kobo device.

Note: your purchased eBook(s) may be downloaded within 14 days of purchase and will remain in your device. Your purchased eBooks will also remain available to you to read in your BookFunnel library on the free BookFunnel app.

If you have any issues reading or downloading your purchased Ebook, there is a Need Help? link at the top right corner of the book download page.

HOW DO I GET MY AUDIOBOOKS?

BookFunnel, a trusted eBook and audiobook distribution partner, will safely deliver your audiobook purchases and assist with any technical issues you may encounter.

Upon purchase, you will immediately receive an email providing a link to access your audiobook from BookFunnel. Click that link then, on the BookFunnel page, click the Get My Audiobook button. Follow their instructions to listen on the free BookFunnel app or stream your audiobook using the BookFunnel cloud player on any browser.

Note: Your purchased audiobooks will remain available to you in your BookFunnel library whenever you wish. There are no files for you to download. Your BookFunnel account login is the same email you used for purchasing your audiobook.

CAN I RETURN MY EBOOK OR AUDIOBOOK?

Due to the nature of this electronic purchase—an instant download—eBook and audiobook returns are not accepted. Please purchase with care. Samples are available in eBook and audiobook format on each product’s ‘Shop’ page. Be sure you’ve selected the correct format (audiobook or eBook) before clicking the purchase button as no refunds can be given.

WHAT IF THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH MY PRODUCT?

BookFunnel can help with any technical issue. All eBooks and audiobooks have been tested and run through validation services. If you believe a file is defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the file and I will have it evaluated and corrected.

DO YOU USE AI?

No generative artificial intelligence (AI) is used in the writing and production (editing, proofing, formatting) of my works (including all foreign translations (Elly M. Josiah, Literary Queens, Valentin Translations) and audiobook productions and narration (Marian Hussey) or in any digital, print, and audiobook book covers (created by George Long—G-Force Design).
